Beyonce Knowles has revealed she prefers her body curvy to gym-honed and skinny.
The Bootylicious star says she has to work hard to keep her figure, including watching what she eats and working out.
“I’m not one of those people who doesn’t have to work at it,” the 27-year-old told American health magazine Self.
“I can’t eat what I want and I can’t not go to the gym,” she continued. “I’m trying to do as much cardio as I can, so if I have a really long day of dancing, then I’ll run maybe three miles.
“If not then I’ll run six.”
She also includes weight workouts in her exercise routine but says she doesn’t like to look too ripped.

He is getting a mixed response from his fans. While some say that he looks glamorous with his new slim figure, some others say that they would like to him see him in his earlier avatar as ‘Bandodu’. NTR is in a dilemma now, but post-Yamadonga, he has definitely put on some weight and one has to wait and watch if he will retain the figure or once again go on a diet to reduce weight.
