What does Bible say about Ghosts/Dead – special for Halloween

There is a ghost tour pretty much in every major city in the United States during the time of halloween. I think its the lamest thing to do ever + there are Ghostbuster shows + Haunted Mansion tours + stories ++++ the List goes on …and seriously people actually believe in all that …many Christians as a matter of fact talk about stuff like this really saddens me after a bunch of mixed feelings . Well for Christians if you know your BIBLE or else read now >>
Ecclesiastes Chapter 9: 5-6
5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.

6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in anything that is done under the sun.

anything under the sun >>> Is earth …Word of God says ” DEAD ” know not anything , memory gone, love , hatred, envy perished …so how have some dead turned into Ghosts to haunt anyone ..if they don’t know anything and don’t remember anything .. THINK ABOUT IT !!!!!

Matthew Chapter 4

The temptation of Christ(1-11)
The opening of Christ’s ministry in Galilee(12-17)

Jesus teaches and works miracles(23-25)
He healed every sickness or disease; none was too bad; none too hard, for Christ to heal with a word. Three diseases are named; the palsy, which is the greatest weakness of the body; lunacy, which is the greatest malady of the mind; and possession of the devil, which is the greatest misery and calamity of both; yet Christ healed all, and by thus curing bodily diseases, showed that his great errand into the world was to cure spiritual maladies. Sin is the sickness, disease, and torment of the soul: Christ came to take away sin, and so to heal the soul.

3 times jesus says that it is written in Verse 4, Verse 7 and verse 10. Jesus referenced these verses from Deyt 8:3;Deut 6:16 and Deut 6:13

Satan also refers to the Written word in Verse 6 , here satan recalls the words of David in Psalm 91:11,12
Look how slyly satan also uses The Word of God to convince Jesus…if he can go to Jesus with the Word he can come to us with the Word with a disguise thats why its very important for us to be alert and wise and have open eyes and discerning spirit.

Vs 11 says Devil left him..Devil tried 3 times and Jesus resisted the Devil 3 times with the word of God.Ressit the devil and he will flee from you , Just like Jesus did we should do.

Fire either purifies or destroys ; Hence salvation in Jesus Christ will be purifying for those that accept HIM and destructive f or those who reject HIM.

My favorite is Verse’s 16 & 17

vs 16 – The Spirit anointed Jesus for His ministry. The dove symbolizes gentleness,innocence and meekness and it was offered in sacrifice ( Lev 12:6; 14:22 ;) The gentle, innocent, and meek Jesus would be a sacrifice for sin.

Reason why Vs 16 & 17 are my favorites are because of the way God is so dramatic …Heavens open up , Dove and Heavenly Voice.Location , Location & presentation what a mighty sight that would have been . Hallelujah !!!!!

That is pure junk …people just want to know what is going on with you so they can gossip …many so called friends do this to many of us …we need a SPIRIT of Discernment to know who is who ( that’s a different subject)

But the only person you should tell or talk to about your problem is JESUS CHRIST !!!!!! 

22 And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

Jesus Remembers You

During President Ronald Reagan’s presidential campaign in 1979, a woman of about 80 spoke out from the audience at the end of one of his campaign speeches. “Mr. Reagan, everything you’ve said sounds just fine. But what about the old folks? Haven’t you forgotten us?” The man who was to become the oldest president of the United States smiled down at her and replied, “Forget you? Heavens, how could I… ever forget you? I am one of you.”

WORD became flesh to be one of us. No matter what your situation is dont think God forgot you. HE became one of us to redeem us and to save us. Remember his promise ” I will never leave you or forsake you “. God has not forgotten you or me.Don’t listen to the enemy or anyone telling you that God has forgotten you or your situation.He Loves us unconditionally and with that Kind of Love HE CAN’T forget us. Remember his promises.

—- I will never leave you or forsake you– Deut 31:6

—- God is faithful– 1 Cor 1:9

—- God is True , keeping his covenant of Love to a thousand generations — Deut 7:9

—- But the lord is faithful and he will strengthen and protect you– 2 Thess 3:3

—- I have carved you in the palm of my hand — Isaiah 49:16

There are many more promises ..these came to my mind as I write , I write this first to encourage myself. Hope this helps you in your situation as well.

What a mighty God we serve … THE ONLY LIVING GOD !!!
